UKMN has designed and launched a new corporate identity for Arrows Group. In order to grow their business to enterprise level and engage with large corporate clients such as Apple and Sony, Arrows Group needed new brand to reflect their quality led proposition.

The philosophy behind UKMN’s design process was to create an integrated group structure to support distinct specialist divisions. The development of the AG HIVE™, an integrated model of recruitment that brings together the usually separate recruitment streams of contingency, campaign, search and advertising, redefined Arrows Group as more than a traditional recruitment agency.

Through this partnership and insight into Arrows Group, UKMN created an identity and brand system to provide a coherent and consistent message manifested through their digital presence, sales tools and literature, while allowing each specialist division an individual look and feel appropriate to its audience. For example, the structure and look and feel of the website allows each division to stand alone and remain part of a unified whole.

From the undeniable success of this project, Arrows Group and UKMN continue to work in partnership, creating an ongoing communications plan to maintain and build the company profile.
